Designed for ages 6-12, the youth parkour classes will challenge students both physically and mentally. Students will stay highly active during class, engaging in creative drills and games in a fun, safe environment, all while learning important aspects of the parkour philosophy such as overcoming fear, solving problems, and setting goals.
Inspired by the NBC show, American Ninja Warrior, this is an opportunity to try some of the obstacles you have seen on the show. Ever wanted to try your hand at the Warped Wall? Now is your chance! The Ninja Warrior area is available for those 16 years of age and older. Obstacles like the Warped Wall, Spider Wall, and the Quintuple Steps are available for ages 6+
During open gym, you can work on anything you want, at your own pace. All equipment is available to use during open gym. Our open gyms are frequented by freerunners, CrossFitters, trickers, aerial dancers, gymnasts, bboys, capoeiristas, martial artists, cheerleaders, and more.
Youth ages 6-12 MUST have 3 Youth Level 1 Parkour classes before they can attend an Open Gym Session
Training for a Tough Mudder, Spartan, Battle Frog, or another Mud Race, we have what you need. Whether you are looking for obstacles to practice on at your own pace during an open gym or coaching on proper technique in our Intro to Parkour or Intro to Ninja Warrior classes, obstacles are our specialty. Army Crawl, Wall Runs, Monkey Bars, Rope Climbs, Wall Climbs, Dismounts. Come build functional strength while having fun.
Basic Flips focuses on developing air awareness and the three basic flips - side, front and back along with the basics spins - palm, rail and wall. Youth are required to have a White Band.
